AIRCRAFT LICENSED ENGINEER UAE
The purpose of this
role is to perform routine and non-routine maintenance on ABY and 3rd party
aircraft in a cost-effective manner without violating safety and quality
standards.
Key responsibilities:
·
Carry out maintenance on ABY and 3rd party aircrafts during A
and C checks and unscheduled inputs up to or exceeding Air Arabia GCAA
standard.
·
Regularly monitor the aircraft defect status sheet and ensures
defects are cleared during maintenance without causing operation delay while
adhering to the required standard.
·
Carry out routine and non-routine cards without causing input
delay beyond the allocated ground time for the check or maintenance required.
·
Utilize the Technicians effectively and professionally without
violating safety and quality standards.
·
Update the Shift Manager of any issues arises which can be of a
concern or could result in operational disruption or involve a drop in
acceptable service standards.
·
Advise the Shift Manager / Tool stores of equipment or tooling shortfalls
that could potentially affect aircraft maintenance inputs.
·
Carry out technical projects / tasks as directed by Shift
Manager or Line Manager.
KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
SHARJAH
Air Arabia is looking for a dynamic, target driven individual to
be responsible for appointing new travel agents and corporate houses to promote
and increase market share of the airline.
Key responsibilities:
The Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and
developing sales among travel agents, online portals and corporates in the UAE
by identifying key contacts and decision makers in travel agencies; makes
appointments and conducts meetings and presentations to convince them to
promote Air Arabia products and services. The job holder will be required to
generate travel agent and corporate contracts, send them to prospective clients
[travel agents and companies] and ensure the increase in distribution, identifying
new avenues of business and ancillary revenue generation.
CABIN
CREW SHARJAH
Air Arabia are looking to recruit Cabin Crew for their hub
in Sharjah. If you fit the below criteria and are look for an exciting new

Requirements:
A Higher Secondary education with good pass results is
essential good English language command.
Must be within the age band of 21 years and 30 years.
Must be educated to a minimum level of accredited Higher
Secondary Education or equivalent.
Must have a high standard of English; verbal, written and
comprehension. Fluency in another language is always an advantage.
Must meet the below mentioned height and weight criteria.
Male: HT - 165 cm. WT -68 to 82 kg.
Female: HT -160 cm WT - 58 to 70 kg.
Ability to swim at least 30m unaided in open water, without
a flotation device.
Clear skin with no marks / tattoos that would be visible
whilst wearing the uniform.
Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements.
Cabin Crew / Nursing experience would be an asset.
ANCILLARY
REVENUE SUPERVISOR UAE
The purpose of this role is the day to day management of a
portfolio of existing and new ancillary revenue products sold online, onboard,
at airports or through partnerships. This role is also responsible for
achieving the ancillary revenue budget for the group.
Key responsibilities:
The Ancillary Revenue Supervisor is responsible for
developing strategies and action plans to achieve the annual ancillary revenue
budgets for all Air Arabia Group airlines. Through the creation of reporting
and monitoring mechanisms, as well as following market developments and
benchmark competitor offers, he/she will analyse existing revenue streams and
identify future opportunities
In this role, the job holder is will be required to propose
and take ownership of the implementation of internal and external projects for
improvement of existing ancillary revenues. He/she must liaise and work with
different internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of new products
and improvement of existing ones.
FLIGHT
OPERATION AUDITOR UAE
Air Arabia is looking for an individual with a keen eye to
detail and an analytical approach to issues to be part of its Quality Assurance
team. As a Flight Operation Auditor, the selected candidate will perform
internal / external audits / surveillance and conducts accident / incident
investigations under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
The Flight Operations Auditor will work with the Quality
Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining audit schedules and reporting
processes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and Air Arabia
requirements. He/she is responsible for notifying the concerned areas being
reviewed, and researching relevant reference documentation and airline specific
regulations (UAE GCAA CARs, CAAPs etc.) to ensure compliance. He/she will
create audit checklists based on the above and previous audit experiences.
He/she will conduct the audit, define and report findings, achieve agreement on
corrective actions to be taken and complete Q-Pulse updates as required. He/she
will run trend analysis reports on all audits and provide related reports to
the Quality Assurance Manager for review.
