QC Inspector – Various

Responsibilities:

Attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
Inspect the production quality to establish if the client requirements are being achieved.
Shall perform a variety of inspection functions under supervision
Record and document any all deviations from the Project Quality Program (PQP) and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS)
Update the system with any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS).
Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out expediently.
Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness and inspection points.
Carry out inspections on Exception Items (EI) as documented and sign off a closed when activity is complete.
Continually carry out surveillance inspections on the project recording and documenting any and all deviations from the (PQP) and the company Integrated Management System (IMS).
Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the equipment is within calibration prior to use.
Provide support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to the Project Quality Program and the Company Integrated Management System (IMS)
Maintain a good working relationship with all Kentz and Client personnel.
Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.
Comply with all Project HSE requirements i.e. PPE, work Permits etc.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time
Education and Skills:

Recognised technical or professional qualification such as Diploma / Degree or trade apprenticeship.
Oil and Gas Experience essential
Degree / Diploma in a suitable Engineering discipline or equivalent Professional Qualification.
Five or more years relevant experience in conducting inspections and QA/QC functions, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
Field inspection experience is mandatory.

Safety Officer

Responsibilities

Understand requirements of project HSE plan to ensure project HSE plan and company IMS HSE management system is implemented on project site.
Schedule, arrange and deliver HSE / B2B (Back to Basics) training effectively to site employees to increase and maintain high level of HSE awareness.
Maintain B2B HSE training record up-to-date using training passport in combination with training stickers and attendance sheets independently and / or in co-ordination with sub-ordinates.
Ensure communication of HSE Policy, applicable legal requirements, HSE information and lessons learned to all project personnel.
Ensure all new employees are inducted properly into the Company and Project site HSE rules and regulations.

Ensure safe transportation, storage, handling and disposal of chemicals.

Arrange and conduct emergency drills for identified emergencies on project site and camp as per designated frequency.
Ensure compliance with permit to work system as applicable.
Ensure work platforms are safe to use and meet site requirements related to working at height, access, egress and platforms.
Ensure heat stress management arrangement during hot weather and perform periodical inspection to ensure these are maintained properly.
Ensure adequacy and readiness of first aid facilities replenish required items on time.
Ensure subcontractors are aware and comply with Kentz HSE rules and regulations on site.
Education and Skills
