Purchasing Supervisor | UAE Key accountabilities o Ensure no accidents, no harm to people and no damage to the environment by adhering to all BP HSSE policies and standards. o Maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of vendor statements and ensure that the payments are made as per the contracted payment terms. o Verification of supplier invoices against contracted rates, local as well as overseas suppliers o Ensure all appropriate documentation and approvals are in place for all out of contract activities. o SPA for all vendor related queries on payments status and invoice discrepancy. o Creation and submission of Freight and Transport Provisions and recovery information to the BSC/Finance teams, as per cost allocation codes, ensuring accurate allocation of spend against each business. o Creation of Purchase Orders/Credit and Debit notes (and obtaining approvals where required) based on inputs from the supply planning team. o Monitoring of spend vs planned numbers...
