CARD SALES MANAGER
Principal Accountabilities
In respect to the over all sales of the retail network, the
job holder contribute highly to the overall sales by increasing the market
share and loyal customers of EPPCO/ENOC Select card holder with in the UAE to
effectively increase the total revenue.
Achieve the target set by the management team.
Handle Govt. accounts in a most professional manner by
implementing sales and communication skills to ensure the acquisition of the
prospect account.
Establish contacts schedule with new accounts and prospective
to build and acquire new fleet card accounts
Conducts sale calls in a standardize and professional manner
Perform a spot survey and study on each new customer and
acquired account.
Follow ups with new acquired sales and customers to ensure
the highly effective CRM methods
Direct and redirect sales to other departments with in the
organization to increase their targeted revenue.
Monitoring and identifying areas where sales targets are
interlinked with other department on installation of facilities and the
delivery of products.
Collecting updated directories from all Emirates Economic
departments and creating leads for new business
Signed almost on an average 400 accounts/ year by team
Selling E-cash cards to medium contracting companies and
individuals.
Assisting the collection team in acquiring funds and past
due payments within the timely receivables.
Track fraud cases within the sites, as to select card cases,
along side with the area managers.
Develop a visit / call Rota based on identified and agreed
key accounts
Manage customer queries and complaints in timely manner.
Monitor and analyze customer monthly sales against targets
and report.

ASST PRODUCTION SHIFT A
Principal Accountabilities 1. Manage and ensure the optimal usage of Plant Resources in the allocated shift 2. Makes maximum and efficient utilization of plant operating capacity. 3. Efficiently Orient blending, filling, bulk loading activities in the shift as per Production Plan received 4. Guiding and co-ordinating with Blending/Filling Co-ordinator for execution of blending/filling activities as per daily plan . 5. Makes daily, weekly and other periodic departmental reports for Blending and filling of Lubricants and greases in coordination with Blending coordinator, filling coordinator. 6. Makes daily update of ERP System for production activities 7. Interfaces with various departments for daily co-ordination of man, material and related requirements. 8. Participate in periodic physical stock count and inventory activities and update system. 9. Managing Base Oil Vessel discharge Operation including Opening and closing meeting with the Vessel Master and Surveyor. 10. Keeps the blending system SMB, ABB, and other production system in prime condition by regular system upgrades and system improvements in coordination with Operation Supdt./Production Supervisor. 11. Plans and ensures optimum utilization of Manpower required for production 12. Minimizes production losses on continual basis to keep within threshold of industry standard of 0.3% by avoiding spill & wastage and delivery of correct weight when packaging in to Bulk, Drums, pails or small packs. 13. Implements small continuous improvement programs for process improvement especially blending process and EHS implementation. 14. Actively take part in risk assessment and other IMS Activities for continual improvement and safe working environment.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Principal Accountabilities 1. Guide and supervise the maintenance team in accomplishing the various preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance in time. Should be prepared with own hands on the maintenance of the machinery. Plan for the requirement of critical spares to minimize machinery downtime. 2. Participate in maintenance planning meetings on a periodic basis and ensure compliance to commitments. 3. Overall responsibility for QHSE requirements during maintenance process. 4. Participate in development & implementation of Loss control management system. 5. Continuous vigilance to new HSE risks and manages the same through HSE System. 6. Monitor work areas for potential losses and recommend areas for improvement. 7. Ensure timely actions on incident / hazards reported in consultation with HSE Supervisor / Plant Manager. 8. Ensure compliance with Loss control objectives, QHSE Policy, rules & regulations and PPE requirements. 9. Manage and control manpower in 2 shifts by planning and ensure compliance. 10. Support the Manager in execution of process expansions in various stages – design requirements, validation, execution and commissioning of new systems. 11. Plan and implement training of staff including induction training of new staff. 12. Execute under the advice of the Manager, the various expansion projects of capex nature. 13. Planning and procurement of spares, consumables including vendor enlistment and purchase cycle, repairs etc., 14. Implementation of Work permits system and propose changes / up-grades. 15. COMMUNICATION FOREMAN
Principal Accountabilities
1) Communications Maintenance
· Upon
receiving notification of a problematic communications unit, promptly respond
to the problem at hand to diagnose the problematic condition and assign the
corresponding manpower to ensure adequate maintenance of all communications
units.
· Make sure
that all visual and audible systems are maintained and installed as required
throughout the company.
· Organise and
supervise the activities of subordinate and contractors to ensure that all work
within the Communication Maintenance activity is carried out in an efficient
and procedurally compliant manner.
2) Outsourcing Maintenance
· When the
size of the maintenance job is beyond the capabilities of the department,
outsource the maintenance services to a qualified external party to ensure
adequate fulfilment of maintenance needs.
3) Broadcasting Equipment Monitoring
· Continuously monitor the list of the expiry
dates of broadcasting equipment to inform the Electrical Supervisor of
relicensing or replacing needs.
· Provide
proper maintenance to the plant CCTV system which are reported from the
Operation team.
· Continuously
monitor the company Intercom system and make sure that it is available at all
times.
4) Inter-departmental Liaison
· Support
Corporate IT on communications and administrative projects, by providing
expertise on Ethernet and other IT related matters.
· Support
Dugas EHS in security related requirements (CCTV and Access control system),
liaise with the department to identify the problems where it will be correctly
reported to the external vendor.
· Assist the
Procurement Department with technical expertise regarding which vendor to
purchase from to minimize the purchase risk of faulty communication unit

Receipt Operations
Tanker/Barge:
Guiding the vessel berthing in line with theallocated
manifold, sampling and gauging of ship's tanks, operating thehydraulic loading
arm, connecting the loading arm. Communicating withterminal/ship for
commencement of discharge. Periodic checking of dischargedproduct quality &
Qty and comparing the figs with shore. Periodicship/shore check as per the
checklist.

Job Purpose
