3-5 years plant operator experience with OxyChem, preferably
with DCS/Control Room experience.
Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
Strong understanding of Key Procedures, HESSP philosophy,
and environmental requirements for the plant operations.
High proficiency in Microsoft applications (such as Word,
Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and good working knowledge of SAP.
Ability to read, write and speak in English.

Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts

Qualifications
High School Education or GED required.
Five (5) years process instrumentation/electrical
maintenance experience in industry OR two (2) years maintenance experience in
industry and Associates Degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Technology
Must be proficient in troubleshooting using loop drawing,
schematics, ladder logic, electrical one-line, and P&I drawings.
Proficient in maintaining process control loops, electronic
controls, valves, and transmitters.
This position requires completion of an approved state
apprenticeship program in either electrical or instrumentation or equivalent,
or an associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a
degree/certification in Industrial Instrumentation.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
High proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Ability to read, write and speak in English.

Must possess valid driver’s license.

with an understanding of HIPOT, TTR, Phasing and Meggar testing preferred.
Good working knowledge of SAP
