Saudi Arabian Parsons Ltd. (SAPL) is currently

Water and Waste Water Program. This event offers an

TECHNICAL MANAGERS

MS Civil Eng. specializing in Water and Wastewater, 
20+ yrs exp. in construction, supervision and design 
of water network, storage, pumping station and 
treatment plant


PROJECT MANAGERS

BS Civil Eng. 15+ yrs exp. in the supervision, 
management, planning and design of large scale 
infrastructure projects in the areas of water 
storage and distribution.


PROJECT CONTROL MANAGERS

BS Civil Eng. 15+ yrs relevant exp. in the planning 
of major multidisciplinary infrastructure projects 
to include performing in-depth risk analysis and as 
an expert user of Primavera.


COMMERCIAL / RISK MANAGERS

BS Civil Eng. or Quantity Surveying, 20+ yrs exp. in 
the construction management and supervision of 
infrastructure projects, membership of RICS or 
equivalent professional bodies is required.


PROJECT ENGINEERS – WATER/WASTE WATER

BS Civil Eng. for Saudi Nationals minimum 5+ yrs, 
non-westerner 10+ yrs exp. in the project management 
of civil and construction projects related to the 
water and wastewater infrastructure.


DESIGN ENGINEERS – WATER/WASTE WATER

BS Civil Eng. for Saudi Nationals minimum 5+ yrs, 
non-westerner 10+ yrs exp. in the design of water 
and wastewater infrastructures and working within 
consultancy environment.


PLANNING ENGINEERS

BS Civil Eng. for Saudi Nationals minimum 5+ yrs, 
non-Saudi 10+ yrs exp. in the planning of water and 
wastewater infrastructures and working within 
consultancy environment.


HSE ENGINEERS 

B.Sc./Diploma in related field, OSHA or equivalent 
in health and safety, for Saudi Nationals minimum 5+ 
yrs, non-Saudi 10+ yrs exp. as health and safety 
officer/manager in construction industry.


HSE OFFICERS 

B.Sc./Diploma in engineering or equivalent, for 
Saudi Nationals minimum 5+ yrs, non-Saudi 10+ yrs 
exp. in the construction of infrastructure projects.


QA/QC ENGINEERS

B.Sc./Diploma in engineering or equivalent, for 
Saudi Nationals minimum 5+ yrs, non-Saudi 10+ yrs 
exp. in construction, supervision and design of 
infrastructure projects.


DOCUMENT CONTROL SUPERVISOR

B.Sc./Diploma in engineering or equivalent, 10+ yrs 
relevant exp in construction projects as document 
controller and supervisor.


DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (SAUDI NATIONAL)

B.Sc./Diploma in engineering or equivalent, minimum 
3+ yrs exp in infrastructure projects


FINANCE ADMINISTRATORS (SAUDI NATIONAL)

B.Sc./Diploma in financial, accountant studies or 
equivalent, minimum 5 yrs exp as a Financial 
Administrator or Accountant in large organizations.
