Quantity Surveyors (Sub Contract Engineer) | Kuwait
-B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5
to 10 years experience in Tendering, Estimation & Quantity Surveying for
Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
-Prepare subcontract inquiry packages and evaluate the
subcontractor proposals,
-Review and confirm monthly progress payments from the construction
discipline for Subcontractors,
-Oversee the handling and assessment of Subcontractor Change
Order, Claims (Scope/Cost) and relevant reports,
-Be responsible for settlement of accounts for
subcontractors until the completion of subcontractors' obligation on the
contract,
-Prepare Change Order note if different issue or activity
found with the contract.
-Make & follow-up service agreements with the vendor
specialists or other technical experts,
-To be fully conversant with the details of all
Subcontractors
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies
preferred.
