The year 2014 was a remarkable year in ADCO’s history. 10th January 2014 was the end of the old
concession which was originally signed between the Ruler of Abu Dhabi and the
international shareholders on 11th January 1939. The close out of the concession marked the
end of an era of successful cooperation which survived many regional and global
geopolitical events.
ADCO continued to operate the concession area on
behalf of the sole shareholder ADNOC.
Oil & gas production and support operations continued. New development projects have been awarded in
accordance with the approved plans to reach a set target of 1.8 MMBD. In addition, there was a considerable growth
in manpower to Business Improvement Engineer

Qualifications
· B.Sc. in Petroleum
Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Work Experience
· 10 years broad
experience in drilling & workover operations
· Strong background
or experience in drilling related tool design, technology development &
research capability is highly desirable.
· Proven experience
of significant relevant and successful leadership in Business Improvement
management.
