Contact Centre Agent

• High School certificate or equivalent

• 3 years' experience in similar position

• To answer customers’ calls from Call Centre resources or by obtaining the required information from Authority or external resources, or by referring the customer to the appropriate department for further and necessary action in a systematic and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction

• Receive customers at the Customer Service Centre, record their requests / applications, complaints and ensure that the supporting documents are complete and process the requests following the rules and procedures.

 Operations and Maintenance Engineer

• Bachelor in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Hydraulics)

• 8 years' experience’ in water distribution network operations and maintenance with at least 3 years at management level

• To ensure and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on the water distribution network in a timely and effective manner.

Emergency Supervisor

• Technical Diploma

• 3 years' experience’ in water network emergency operations

• Supervise the emergency activities, ensure optimum coverage and reporting of network emergency conditions, faults and downtime of service.

Connections Supervisor

• Diploma in Engineering

• 5 years experience in service connections

• Supervise the timely completion of all connections activities as per set guidelines/procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Project Supervisor

• BS in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical / Civil)

• Professional certificate in project management

• 8 years experience working in construction field

• Supervises projects construction and execution activities in order to ensure that the project is progressing according to budget and specifications.

Pumping Station Supervisor

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical)

• 5 years of experience in operations

• Supervise the operations of pumping station and coordinate with the centralized network services team for maintenance, co-ordinate supply process.

Maintenance Supervisor

• Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical)

• 5 years experience engineering experience in water distribution network operations and maintenance

Operations and Maintenance Supervisor

• Diploma in Engineering

• 5 years experience engineering experience in water distribution network operations and maintenance

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance on the distribution network in a timely and effective manner to ensure improvement to network efficiency, system reliability, availability of services and to secure network integrity.

Assistant Planning Engineer

• Bachelors in engineering

• 3 years experience in engineering

• Provide engineering support for all network operations.

Surveyor

• Diploma in Surveying or equivalent

• Experience in using modern tracking devices (GPS) and other surveying equipment

• 5 years experience

• Conduct site surveys for plans and projects with projects supervisors/ civil engineers

Required Skills :-

1. Good knowledge of computer applications.
2. Good command of written and spoken English.

Conditions and other privileges:-

1. Priority in appointment will be given to U.A.E nationals

1. Applicants having proper qualification shall be subjected to theoretical and practical examinations.

1. Appointment will be on local contract.

1. Education allowance, air-tickets, health insurance shall be granted for locals and expatriates according to grade level.

1. Qualification certificates shall be equalized and attested in UAE.

1. Technical and shift allowances shall be granted to UAE locals.
