The Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant
(BGCAPP) is led by Bechtel team contracted to design, build, systemize, operate
and close a first-of-a-kind plant to safely destroy the chemical weapon
stockpile at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, KY. The Design and
Construction are substantially complete as of July 31, 2015, followed by
Systemization, Plant Operations and Closure. This project office is located in
the city of Richmond, KY with a construction/plant site located approximately 5
miles away on the Blue Grass Army Depot.

to:
