FM Engineer
The job holder liaises with the nominated Facilities Management Company
to ensure that all services are provided as per Emaar’s standard and as per
agreed policies and procedures
Key Accountabilities:
• Evaluation and close monitoring of
periodic maintenance of all equipment’s/MEP assets according to PPM schedules
submitted by the nominated Facilities Management company
• Daily monitoring/updating of
Service Request related to common area and facilities and follow up with
vendors to ensure timely completion of job
• Coordination with projects dept,
consultant and contractor for any design, system and quality related issues.
• Daily site visit for all issues
related to the common area.
• Visiting the customers for the all
the critical issues raise by them.
• Preparing detailed snagging report
for all the communities and to make action plan for rectification.
• Coordination with stores and all
subcontractors for the delivery and completion of all the works.
• Attending all meetings and discussions
related to common area and infrastructure.
Assistant Manager, Technical
Services
The Asst. Manager Technical Services (Leisure Amenities, Security
Systems, Tender management) is responsible for managing all technical aspects
relating to Asset Management within Emaar Community Management Operations. He
will be mainly responsible for the management of all technical aspects related
to the following;
- Leisure Amenities including
parks, pools, kids play area etc.,
- Security Systems including
Access control system, intercom system, CCTV system, gate barriers etc.
- Management of Technical
evaluation of all Tenders related to ECM.
The Asst. Manager Tech Services
reports to the Manager, Tech Services, ECM.
The Asst. Manager Technical Services
will work closely internally with Community Management Departments including
customer care and externally with regulatory authorities, consultants and
service providers.
Emergency Responder
The job holder is responsible to
respond to an emergency with in TDM, carry out Fire Safety inspections and risk
assessment and give training to other personnel and maintain equipment
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Director, Fire
Safety Engineering in fire protection and prevention and where appropriate
intervention of EMG Premises
- Support the Director of Fire
Safety Engineering where necessary in carrying out fire safety inspections
and Risk assessments
- Support the Director of Fire
Safety Engineering where necessary in Training Fire Marshals/security
staff.
- Develop training plans for Fire
Marshals/security staff
- Liaise with Department of Civil
Defense as part of the incident command progression upon their arrival at
an incident
- Provide a point of contact as
part of the Fire Protection Team for fire safety advice
