- The Area Sales Manager(ASM) role exists
to manage the ownership of the customer relationships in the Area. This
will include personal involvement in high level senior relationships with
key strategic partners and customers. Ensure voice of customer is
recognised and is integral in the design and execution of our offers Lead
and performance manage the delivery of the Marine & Energy Lubricant
(M&E) business strategies in the Area through direct and indirect
channels. The role is accountable for delivery of both short and long term
financial and HSSE performance targets and for delivery of M&E

alignment of all functional support processes, directly and indirectly.
Accountable for ensuring the sales capability of the organisation exists
and develops in the Area to support Castrol in leading in its target
industries and deliver its strategy. As a member of the Regional Marine
& Energy Sales team, the role is responsible for engaging with
functional support for the business in the Area and also ensuring delivery
of OMS and HSSE compliance and people management processes. At a country
level, the role is responsible for engaging with other lubricants business
and functional stakeholders to ensure appropriate representation for
Marine and Energy.
