AUDITOR
Roles
1.
Supporting
and ensure that risk management, controls, and governance processes are
functioning as intended and will enable the company to achieve its business
goals and objectives.
2. Monitor and execute the on-site audits to ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness of company’s operation on wide range of processes, in accordance with company’s audit plans.
3. Support in Consultation process with departments to identify risks and help them develop risk mitigation plans.
4. Support and Identify risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies and report to the Supervisor and provide recommendations for improving the company’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance.
5. Supporting to maintain a system to monitor the disposition of audit results.
6. Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans and ensuring corrective actions developed by Departments based on the recommendations.
7. Ensure the integrity and reliability of information, accounts and data, including internal and external reporting and accountability processes.
8. Assists in Evaluation of information security and associated risk exposures.
9. Ensure compliance with established policies, including behavioral and ethical expectations, procedures, laws and regulations.
10. Ensure organizational policies pertaining to company assets and safety are properly implemented.
11. Participate in the company’s anti-fraud programs and assessments.
12. Ensure compliance to government rules and regulations and Ethics Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER
Roles
1.Develop
new control scheme designs, develop required calculations and prepare software
packages.
2.Review design scope/project proposals/detailed designs of any Process Control automation projects.
3.Identify required DCS/ESD and other related systems vendor technical support and upgrades.
4.Assist in the development of specifications for PAS scope of work and review of vendors proposals to ensure that the Process Automation System fulfills YASREF requirements and enables the achievement of YASREF business priorities (HSE, reliability, high KPI’s and continuous improvement).
5.Lead process control and PAS (e.g. PLCs, standalone controllers, HMI, remote I/O, fieldbus networks etc.) Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to ensure the system and design meet YASREF requirements done during commissioning.
6.Review scope/project proposals/detailed design of Process Control and PAS Projects.
7.Specify the operational requirements of the equipment to automation vendor, review and comment on contractor’s submission during detail design on automation.
8.Prepare/review MOC Package as per Operation/Process Engineering requirement.
9.Deal with YOKOGAWA DCS/ESD, Bentley Nevada VMS, CCC and other Subsystem PLC.
10.Lead and coordinate and align the review of design scope, project proposals and detailed design of Process control automation projects. (Latest - Marine Terminal PLC, Sales Gas failure, LPG Project).
11.Assist in the development of specifications for PAS scope of work and review of vendors proposals to ensure that the PAS fulfills the YASREF requirements.
12.Conduct a study to improve the control scheme and applications if needed and provide recommendations.
13.Lead studies and implementation of Advance Process Control (APC) for entire refinery
14.Support troubleshooting and analyze specialized systems (i.e. DCS, ESD, Multi variable Control, Oil Movement System, Plant Supervisory System, etc.)

Qualifications
Minimum Job
Qualifications Requirement:
*Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
*Minimum 7 years of experience as a Process Control/DCS/Optimization Engineer in Oil Refineries or Petrochemical Plants

Treasury Analyst
Roles
. Analyse completing all cash management set-up documentation for new
and existing department processes; prepare correspondence and proposals
directed to and for cash management. .
2. Analyse all cash management operations including daily cash administration, management of current accounts and bank relations.
3. Monitor key performance indicators for the cash applications group
4. Analyse and report related to reconciling of all cash applications, disbursements and bank accounts in a timely manner.
5. Monitor foreign exchange exposures and interest rate exposures.
6. Support the implementation of the cash management investment strategy in compliance with policy and regulations.
7. Monitor all cash transactions to ensure that all bank accounts balance to the financial statements; and that any unusual items are investigated.
8. Ensure YASREF liquidity by forecasting and monitoring cash flows (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
9. Prepare compliance reports to management that identify policy breaches and propose solutions.
10. Receive incoming wire transfers and process outgoing wire transfers. Posts wires.
11. Manage petty cash funds.
12. Support the day to day tracking of invoices and payment of credit/debit and other internal Accounts payable/receivable systems
13. Work with Supervisor in Credit/Debt management, models and methodology and monitor monthly accrual processes
14. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Treasury Unit Supervisor***
