Roles
HSE
Knowledge of Company HSE policy, rules and procedures (HSE MS) and in
particular ISO14001 standard.
Observance of the company HSE policy, rules and procedures.
Participation to HSE activities and global improvement (e.g. referential,
reporting, REX, audits, Maestro, trainings, HSE action plans?)
Asset
Integrity
Contribute to the ALK Asset Integrity initiative by reporting any anomaly,
defect, bad practice, lack of equipment, lack of competence that could result
in a major HSE incident or loss of production.
Contribute to the data management initiative with specific attention given to
improving the handling of sensitive reservoir engineering & monitoring
data.
ACTIVITIES
Providing technical advice to entities / department operational and non
operational on safety related matters.
Providing support on safety operation activities of all sites.
Supporting site to implement Stre@m reporting & its actions follow up
Participating in reviewing, updating and developing HSE procedures for
improving Company HSE Management System.
Assisting RSES and HSE entities on site to disseminate and implement HSE
Procedures and other safety related documents
Participating in any Risk Assessment study (JRA, HAZID, HAZOP, ?)
Participating and supporting site to conduct Emergency exercise / drill.
Participating in conducting HSE audits and inspections.
Participating actively in the HSE COSITE meetings.
Conducting regular site visit including performing internal audit and
inspection.
Participating in Safety campaigns and HSE communications in all operational
sites.
Preparing incident report, investigation and safety feedback for safety
awareness improvement
Assisting the team in mitigation measures implementation of major risk
register.
Performing Safety training in Doha office or on sites.
Participating in HSE evaluation of Contractors in tendering phase.
Performing Contractor HSE Audit including pre-mobilization inspection.
Assisting General Services on compound safety concerns.
Assisting HSE Coordinator on PPE management (selection and storage)
Qualifications:
Education
-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years experience of safety at an operational site.
Skills
Qualifications and competencies in Safety Operations.
Experience in risk assessment techniques (JRA, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA).
Good knowledge of industry codes, standards, legislation on HSE and Lifting
Operations.
Good communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong analytical skill.

Management System
- Keep the TEPQ HSE Management System
in line with the 14 principles and 80 HSE rules of the MAESTRO MS. This is done
by
following
the continuous improvement cycle: Policy- Plan - Perform - Measure - Improve;
- Support the MAESTRO Champions in
their duties and trigger the MAESTRO Reviews;
- Participate to the preparation and
realization of HSE action plans, of HSE audits of TEPQ Sites and of
contractors' management systems and operations;
- Participate to the preparation and
organization of the main HSE meetings and forums (HSE committees, contractors'
forums, etc.)
Operational
Methods

Support all the TEPQ sites, projects and operations by creating, tailoring and
implementing best HSSE tools and practices;

Set-up and conduct specific awareness and training sessions on any HSSE
subject, if need be in coordination with DGEP/HSE/DSF;
- Implement HSE trainings tools and
ensure reliable HSE training database;
- Organize weekly briefings and monthly
exercises for the emergency response cells members;

Be the Stre@m-Synergi correspondent for TEPQ;
- Implement Security measures in line
with MAESTRO principal #13 expectations;

Animate and organise the follow-up of all the HSE communication events and
campaigns;

Participate in the various Qatar HSE challenges and forums to ensure TEPQ
visibility in the HSE field.
Reporting

Compile sites HSE statistics and coordinate the weekly HSE reports
(FaitsMarquants);

Prepare the monthly: ep-reporting, TEPQ HSE Dashboard, Site HSE KPI, HSE
Performances, MAESTRO Dashboard;
- Check the quality and consistency of
reported data into Stre@m-Synergi. Chooses, updates and communicates about Key
Performance
Indicators;
- Analyse the tendencies and prepares
supporting documents for purpose of communication on performance;
- Analyse root causes of the incidents
and anomalies to anticipate preventive measures.

Industrial
Sales Territory Manager
Roles
1. Prospects and solicits new business to
develop new and existing accounts following the company portfolio guidelines
while ensuring maximization of the GMVC.
2. Promotes product range providing
solutions to industrial customers in the assigned territory, maximizing
integration.
3. Develops and implements, in
collaboration with the Sales Director, a local strategy specific to the
assigned territory.
4. Solicits and develops new customers
following the company portfolio guidelines.
5. Consolidates existing customers with a
view on volume of sales and profitability (organic growth).
6. Supports distributors in their business
development and assist them by doing joint calls
7. Gathers information on his/her specific
market : identifies competitors and their strategy, products, prices, services
offered, etc. and advises Sales Director on a regular basis.
8. Negotiates commercial arrangements with
clients according to company policies.

records of daily activities using the CRM tool, analyses results and

Qualifications
Education
Bachelors
degree with +5 years of experience in automotive and industrial sales
preferably in lubricants.
Experience&Skills
A
sound knowledge of lubricant products or ability to rapidly learn
these.Extensive knowledge of applying company policies and procedures,
including HSEQ. Good understanding of legal requirements relating to contracts
and competition laws. Strong analytical skills and the ability to be able to
present analyses to people at all levels. Sound commercial judgment gained over
a number of years in a commercial field-based role. Experience in resolving
complex commercial and political issues with major customers. Good
communication skills. Valid driver's license.Knowledge of MS Office and general
computer literacy. Bilingual French and English (an asset).
