The Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations Ltd.
(ADCO) operates onshore and in shallow coastal water of the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi, one of the seven members of the United Arab Emirates which was
established on 2nd December 1971.
The original concession agreement was made with Petroleum
Development (Trucial Coast) Ltd. On 11th January 1939, but geological work did
not begin until after the Second World War. Exploratory drilling began in Abu
Dhabi in February 1950.
Senior Support Engineer- 3MS
Main Duties
a. Provide
technical support and consultancy expertise on EAM maintenance business
processes. Provide proactive or corrective remedial actions to continuously
improve EAM data quality in terms of Validity, Consistency, Timeliness,
Accuracy of data, and Relevance to ADCO corporate requirements.
b. Assist in
providing functional and technical expertise to the ASSETS and Technical
Services during the development of the high-level feasibility studies to
evaluate feasibility of potential solutions and to provide a preliminary
estimation of cost and effort.
c. Facilitate the
analysis of system requirements with the designated task forces to contribute
and collaborate to take decisions on the needed business operational
procedures, business processes, data structure, and system standardization for
the reliability of business data requirements in EAM.
d. Participate in
the development and maintenance activities to ensure the delivery of the
solutions in terms of time, cost, and quality.
e. Perform annual
auditing reviews of EAM business processes data specifications. Provides
practical and proactive recommendations to the scope of work in reference to
their compatibility with EAM system standard functionality while ensuring
compliance of the new / existing data with EAM data structure and the
stipulated international maintenance
standards with regard to: Coding, Location , Assets Hierarchies and the
Specifications attributes, Job Plans, Standard Procedures, and the Master
Preventive Maintenance schedule program.
f. Plan and
organize with strategic partners, periodic assessments to the efficiency,
control and governance of the EAM key business processes workflow with an aim
to identify and eliminate weaknesses or defects. Recommend pre-emptive actions
to continuously improve and support the overall efficiency of the maintenance
workflow, communication, process control and governance.
g. Direct as
Project Manager the initiation, planning, implementation and the execution of
implementing new major initiatives in EAM system. Foster teamwork among the
project team and mange effectively the project resources while ensuring and
assuring achieving all milestones within the scope, cost, timeline and the
agreed quality standards.

QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (CONSTRUCTION)
Purpose and Scope
Participates as a member of a team in the formulation and
implementation of ADCO Quality Assurance/Quality Control policies and
procedures. Works with all divisions and autonomous departments to ensure
correct interpretation and implementation of corporate quality requirements.
Performs, coordinates or arranges for quality control,
inspection and witness testing of materials and equipment purchases by the
Company, stock materials, project surplus materials to establish their
suitability or otherwise disposal.

Accountant
Purpose and Scope
Coordinates and controls all accounting and finance
activities for assigned Division covering budget preparation and control,
reviewing and processing contractors and suppliers payments, third party
accounts, assets and accruals. Includes participating in the budget preparation
process from data collection to presentation to Management for approval.
Assists the division management in monitoring and controlling approved budget
by reviewing expenditure to ensure conformity with budget limits. Investigate
budget variances and prepares appropriate revisions. Keeps custody of the
Division’s contracts including reviewing related invoices to ensure compliance
with contracts terms and conditions and process for payment. Prepares a wide
variety of statistical and financial reports and ensures all the financial
processes of the division are in line with established procedure and
authorities.

Snr HSE Engineer (Incident Investigation)
Detailed Description
Participates in the investigation and analysis of accidents
/ incidents, and root cause analysis.
Evaluates data and prepares incident status reports
Analyzes trends in incident causes.
Monitor events in
HEARTS and liase with Asset teams to update events and generates reports
Reviews incident notifications and advise incident owners on
the level of required investigations
Reviews weekly summary of Incident for communication to ADCO
staff and Contractors
Job Requirements
Degree in
Engineering, Sciences or Business Management
Advanced Training in Incident Investigation & Root Cause
Analysis
10 years in HSE related field within Oil & Gas or
petrochemical industry
