Sr. Planning Engineer
Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES
• Co-ordinates and manages all project planning, monitoring
and production control related issues with the Client/Sub-contractors/executing
parties.
• Establish Project Work Break-Down Structure (WBS), Project
Control Strategy, Master Schedule and Action Plan for Planning Deliverables
issuance.
• Prepare & Issue Project Planning Package
• Prepare & issue Project Control Procedure (project
specific)
• Prepare and adopt necessary tools/methods to effectively
monitor and control project progress, schedule & resources, so as to ensure
the efficient and timely achievement of project milestones/key dates.
• Periodic update of planning package, progress reports,
monitoring package & production control tools in co-ordination and
communication with various executing parties (Engineering, Procurement, Yards,
Offshore, sub-contractors and PMT).
• Processes and analyses planning & project control
related data/ results. Communicate project status to all concerned, follow up
concerns until corrective action is taken.

Engineer (Installation)
Job Description Purpose
& Scope: The installation Engineer shall provide installation engineering
technical input/assistance, required to safely perform lifting operations, both
offshore and inshore. He shall closely interact with NPCC Fabrication Yard and
Offshore Operations Department to develop installation methods and resolve any
related issues. Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure technical accuracy, quality and timely issuance of
lifting and installation engineering related deliverables (documents & drawings,
as required) during the construction and installation phase of offshore
projects.
• Feasibility studies for lifting of panels, equipment etc
for NPCC Fabrication Yard
• Feasibility studies for lifting and installation of
offshore structures.
• Cargo barge layouts to facilitate safe and easy lifting
offshore / inshore.
• Selection of rigging gear based on lifting studies.
• Conceptual Design of Installation Aids, Bumpers and
Guides.
• Clash checks, tilt studies during lifting and installation.
• Develop rigging / mooring arrangement for barges during
load outs, float over, launching etc.
• Ensuring adherence to company procedures, client
specifications, guidelines, international codes and standards.

Installation Draftsman
Skills Required MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher National Certificate, or equivalent*, and an ITI
Certificate in Drafting (NCVT).
• 3 year’s previous drafting experience with at least 1 year
in the oil and gas sector..
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Experienced and competent Computer Aided Design (CAD)
operator. * Note that equivalent not only covers equivalent education or
vocation certification, but also covers experience, e.g., 5-10 years relevant
experience can be regarded as “equivalent”.
