3.4 Administrative
Responsibilities
is responsible for:
§ Explore business
opportunities and generate PR in conjunction with Account Manager.
§ Analysis and
Consolidation of all Tasjeel select card/debit card account details from sales
representatives and forward to HO for card processing.
§ Keep a track for
all the select account document that received through his sales team.
§ Development and
maintenance of Sales team rosters, time sheets and personnel records as
required by Account Manager.
§ Analysis and
Generation of daily Sales statements and cash covers for collection.
§ Consolidation
,analysis and reporting of daily collected fees report for his shift.
§ Inter-site visits
and visits to Tasjeel Head Office for weekly meetings and QMS meetings, when

PROCUREMENT CONTROLLER
Principal Accountabilities:
Policy and Procedures:
§ Review existing
procurement & contracting policies and procedures and suggest improvements
to streamline workflow and achieve better control and safeguard company’s
interests.
Supervisory Role:
§ Supervise
Procurement group assigned to various purchase & contracting activities.
Review the completed work and ensure that is falls in line with procedures,
time targets and quality standards.
Evaluation of Supplier Performance:
§ Regularly evaluate
supplier performance and upgrade it by suggesting corrective action to remedy
deficiencies. Analyse root cause and resolve disputes with suppliers.
Procurement Cycle:
§ Supervise or
individually carry out the complete procurement cycle for purchase orders and
contracts with terms and conditions which afford the company the fullest
protection possible.
Technical Data Analysis:
§ Respond to
suppliers’ technical queries and analyse technical data in suppliers’
proposals.
Techno-Commercial Analysis of Offers:
§ Analyse and
evaluate offers by comparing prices, specifications, and delivery dates to
effectively identify and propose award to the supplier with best bid.
Market Research:
§ Continually seek
new qualified sources of goods and services by monitoring local market
developments to measure existing rates/cost and achieve uninterrupted supply of
the desired goods and services.
Development of Specification and Cost Estimates:
§ Encourage and
assist end-users to develop cost and effective competitive specifications to
ensure that all elements of cost and product specifications are taken into
consideration.

AUDIT EXECUTIVE
Principal Accountabilities
· Under supervision, conducts risk assessment
of Group’s operational, financial, marketing & administrative activities.
· Reviews
feedback and implementation status on audit recommendations.
· Verifies
documentation relating to transactions and ensure compliance with exposure and
authority limits, and other limits and framework approved by the management.
· Develops

SR. ANALYST
Strategy Formulation
a. Support
execution of the Strategy Management Process and set planning context in line
with top management's directives
b. Support design
and execution of strategy workshops and coordinate with segment finance and
planning teams
c. Consolidate
strategic outcomes ensuring alignment in the implementation plans, milestones
and targets.
d. Support internal communication material
related to strategy and planning.
e. Conduct
in-depth strategic analysis to ascertain external and internal situational
factors and identify key industry trends, operating environment that can have
bearing on ENOC’s strategy
f. Regularly
monitor macroeconomic factors impacting ENOC’s strategic plan and provide
inputs for realignment of strategy

COORDINATOR – GROUP WELLNESS & SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Principal Accountabilities
• Research markets to identify opportunities for EWSA events
that fit with the EWSA Charter
• Develop and update a database of venues offering different
sporting, social activities
• Communicate and monitor execution of the EWSA calendar of
activities
• Manage the content of EWSA portal, the quarterly and
annual newsletter
• Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines,
venues, suppliers, legal obligations,
staffing)
• Coordinate with P&C for the preparation of the
contracts, monitor budgets and produce detailed cost analysis after each event
• Work in close coordination with Group Communication
Department on all matters related to event execution (venue, branding,
catering, contractors, suppliers, programme content, event wrap up, external
communications, etc.)
• Maintain a network of EWSA Champions in the business and
ensure close coordination with them for the execution of events planned
• Post-event evaluation (including employee feedback,
participation records, data entry and analysis and producing reports for event
stakeholders and financial spend)
• Coordinate EWSA meetings and serve as the EWSA secretary
i.e. filing, minutes of meetings, financial records, etc.

ADMIN ASSISTANT
Principal Accountabilities
Communication:
Receives telephone calls and records and relays messages
Receives/prepares/disburses departmental communication e.g.
letters, memos, faxes, etc ...
Coordinates/follows up with other departments for purposes
of information gathering
Prepares fairly complex reports/documentation (often
technical in nature) as requested by the manager

NUMBER PLATE SERVICE ASSISTANT
Principal Accountabilities
-To ensure that the Number Plates embossed are kept neatly
well arranged on the shelves for proper distribution to the depots and outside
factories.
-To ensure that the individual customers do not wait for a
long time for their number plates and that they are directed correctly to the
number plate fixing area.
Minimum Requirements
He should be a high school certificate holder and be able to
communicate with the customer in Arabic and preferably in English, Hindi/Urdu.
He should be physically fit and possess a positive and adaptable attitude.

5) Key Tasks –
Planning & External Liaison
a) Oversee the
assessment and evaluation of planned maintenance work orders to ensure an
affective prioritization and allocation of jobs onto subordinates.
b) Distribute all
the multi task work orders as per priority levels to ensure immediate attention
is given to jobs that will affect the production of the plant.
c) Coordinate
with the warehouse and request all required materials and equipment’s needed to
ensure the work requested is carried out in a smooth professional manner as per
the DUGAS Environment, Health and Safety requirements.

shop supervisor in the machining of new parts and modifications whenever
required.

Principal Accountabilities 1. Develop product solutions and offering to help in increasing
ELOMP Fujairah and Jebel lubricants sales to eligible potential Private Labels
and Toll Blenders to reduce plants operations costs. 2. Develop business plans and budgets for the operations
function so that it reflects sufficient resources to achieve the agreed upon
targets. 3. Achieves marketing
and sales operational objectives by contributing in marketing and sales
information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and

customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying
