ICT FIELD SUPPORT

Position: ICT Field Support
Provide first line operational and technical support to BAC
staff and BIA Operations in order to ensure ICT faults and issues are resolved
as quickly and efficiently as possible.

ACCOUNTANT
he Main Duties Will Include:
• Establish and maintain worksheets within BAC accounting
system to ensure all transactions are recorded and reflected appropriately in
the accounting system.
• Assist with the development, writing, coordination,
initial implementation, and evaluation of accounting policies and procedures.
• At the end of each accounting period, coordinate and
administer the monthly closing procedures.
• At the end of each accounting period, prepare a set of
management accounts covering the activities of the accounting period.
• Oversee the reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers and bank
accounts to the General Ledger.
• Prepare all the necessary adjustments in the general
ledger as a result of the subsidiary ledgers reconciliations.
• At the end of each accounting period calculate the
necessary accruals and prepayments that need to be included in the management
accounts and prepare journals accordingly.
• Assist in the preparation of the yearend financial
statements and provide support to the statutory audit process
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc accounting reports
as required.

MANAGER – ICT INTEGRATION
Required Skills and Competencies:
• Tertiary educated to Degree/Professional level in an ICT
discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years client side ICT service provision.
• Experience of design and delivery of ICT systems into a
live operational environment.
• Experience and knowledge of airport ICT.
