Qualifications & Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline preferably in Mechanical Engineering PMP Certificate.

EXPERIENCE:
At least 8 years of Oil and Gas related experience.

JOB SKILLS:
1. Experienced with tendering, evaluation of tenders, contract management and working with contracts and sub-contractors.
2. Experienced with gas pipeline system and facilities design, engineering standards, codes, regulations, practices and procedures.
3. Experienced with construction and commissioning requirements, integrity assessment and monitoring for pipelines and related facilities.
4. Strong ability to mentor, train and build relationships.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Strong, positive attitude towards Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management.
7. Highly developed language skills in written and spoken Arabic and English.
8. Arabic language skills will be an asset.

Job Purpose

Perform/oversee operations and maintenance of all Instrument & Control equipment and related systems at Gas Supply Stations, Pressure Limiting Stations, Compressor Stations and any such rotating or static equipment located along the pipeline. Provides support for the Maintenance Supervisor and Sr. Instrument Technician.
