Position Description:
- Work independently, while at the same time supporting the
client’s communication within the organization, across senior management, with
legal representatives, the government bodies, various external contacts and as
necessary political figures in the community.
- Summarize high-level view of programs for each business
stream.
- Summarize proposal and request submissions, received from
the senior managers and others, and provide analytical recommendations such as
risk evaluation, alignment to business strategic goals etc.
- Using a strong foundation in leadership skills, work to

Qualifications/ Experience:
- University Degree in Engineering.
- Multi-disciplined experience in all phases of project
delivery, petrochemical experience and business knowledge.
- Overseas experience.
- Good communicator both written and oral.

Superintendent - Substructure Job | Saudi Arabia
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Responsible for field construction operations within
assigned discipline or area.
2. Determines workforce requirements. Coordinates
established area operational plans. Schedules work to be performed and reviews
work accomplished by each craft. Monitors work activities and ensures the
quality of work performed.
3. Ensures the most current design document is used to
complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to
implementation.
4. Approves craft time records using established automated
tools.
5. Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of
construction progress, craft personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast.
6. Monitors tool usage on the site. Prepares Field Material
Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the

7. Monitors the activities of subcontractors to ensure

policies, procedures and instructions within assigned operations.
9. Coordinates activities with other disciplines or areas
and clients’ resident representatives, as instructed by construction
management.
10. Performs employee reviews and identifies training and
development opportunities for subordinate personnel.

requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of

Position Duties/Responsibilities:
Process Safety Engineer with experience on fast track FEED
& EPC projects. Previous experience with HAZID, HAZOP, SIL assessment, RAM,
hazardous area classification, firewater systems, fire and gas detection and
consequence analysis/QRA is essential.
Specialist knowledge in one or more of the above areas, or
significant operational plant experience in Process Safety or Loss Prevention
