Administrative Assistant

Aerodrome Operations Specialist
Analyze training requests to ensure there is a sufficient
business case and estimate the cost of training, the recommended program and
training company (if outsourced)
Participate in technical analysis and annual training needs
of departments and individuals creating gap analysis and prepare training
matrix/plans accordingly in coordination Talent development Team
Conduct technical skills gap analysis and work with managers
and the talent development team to prepare Individual Development Plans for
employees who will be transferred or promoted
Provide specialist information and support on Aerodrome
training to divisions, external customers and subsidiaries
Prepare the material of the in-house training in

Deliver the required training courses in regard to Aerodrome

Introduce and assist in the development of new courses to
ensure the best training opportunities are available to all GCAS customers
(internal and external)
Ensure that all required personnel are taking the
appropriate training course as per requirements and regulations
Remain current with the latest changes to Aerodrome
regulations and update training courses and materials accordingly
Identify potential market needs (locally and
internationally) with regards to technical courses in coordination with
Business Development team
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an
accredited institution is preferred
A training certificate related to Training or Facilitation
is a plus but not essential
Must possess UAE Driving Licence
At least three years of practical and relevant experience as
a trainer/operator in the area of Aerodrome Airside Operations is required
Training certificates that are related to Aerodrome
Operations is required
Must possess good administration and time management skills
Must be flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines and
objectives
Competent English communicator with good influencing skills
and must be able to work effectively in a multi national team environment
IT proficiency for MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
Competent in writing reports and have experience of
Accident/Incident Investigation
Must have an understanding of UAE GCAA CAR’s, ICAO Annex 14
and associated documents along with sound knowledge of SMS, both theory and
practical
Have good knowledge of aerodrome operations and preferably

Database Analyst
Ensure the database availability connectivity to the users /

Fire Fighter
- Respond to all incidents,
including fires and accidents, as quickly and safely as possible, in order
to minimize damage to ADAC users and assets, and minimize impact on operational
capacity
- Respond to hazardous materials
incidents, including fuel spills, in order to contain the impact of such
incidents, contact all required parties as set out in standard operating

all emergencies.

in emergency situations as required in order to maintain safe operational

Marshaller
Responsible to marshal all arriving and departing flights
into and out of the assigned parking stand according to Apron Operations
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Inspect the allocated parking stands prior to allowing
aircraft access to ensure that the stand is safe and free of foreign objects or
surface damage to the tramac
Signal the pilot when the chocks are in place, or removed
from the aircraft wheels in order to indicate that the aircraft is secure in
the parking stand and they may proceed with the subsequent steps of arrival or
disembarking from stand
Report all accidents and incidents occurring on the shift,
particularly with Visual Display Guidance System to the apron operations
supervisor for entry into the daily log to ensure current knowledge of
operational issues for all apron staff
Conduct practical training of new staff as required in
coordination with airside operations supervisor to ensure that the trainee is
receiving the appropriate training and advice the AOS of any deficiencies that
may require remedy
Provide statics on serviceability of all aircraft stands
before and after aircraft on the standPrepares change note for landing &
parking fee for the non-scheduled carriers
