The Quality Assurance Engineer reports directly to Project Manager / Site Manager. In functional matters the reporting line is additionally to the Quality Manager.
Your main duties will be:
-Quality planning and control: With the objective of an effective proceeding over the Erection, testing and commissioning activites of high voltage substations (GIS), an appropriately structured Q-Plan, e.g. ISO 10005 / 10006, is to be established and continuously monitored. The overall impact should be pro-active and failure preventive, but re-active proceedings need to be considered as well. All proceedings with the application of methods/ tools should be defined clearly with reference to standard processes of related business(es) and their interfaces of HQ to required on-site proceedings.

Realiability Engineer (Instrument & Control)


This is an opportunity for you to be part of a team of Reliability Experts in the Instrument and Controls Department.
Your main duties will be:
•Works with Project Engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for adhering to the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) process throughout the entire life cycle of new assets.
•Participates in the development of criteria for and evaluation of equipment and technical MRO suppliers and technical maintenance service providers. Develops acceptance tests and inspection criteria.

Area Head of IT


Your other main duties will be:

-              Maintain in-house software (Arpagon/EDMS/Prolog);
-              Extract data of in-house software upon the request from the operational business;
-              Insure the coherence of the data informed in the in-house software and managing the updates;
-              Administer file server user permissions and data access policies;
-              Manage the firewall, email and spam filtering systems;

Senior Quality Management Engineer


Your six main duties will be:

- Review plant information concerning assigned analysis activities to determine what actual problem requires resolution and obtain any additional information needed to understand the problem;
- Establishes and maintains file for each analysis to assure future feedback can be analyzed for proactive improvements;
- Diagnoses problems to determine the root cause. Identifies and obtains assistance as necessary in order to determine the root cause, whether from other departments within ADGAS or from outside contractors as required;
- Supervises the work of contractors during the execution of any assistance needed for problem resolution (including contract and material issues) or for any special studies;
- Ensures that the work is integrated with that of other Departments and Divisions to prevent duplication of efforts. P&R analysis will be broader scope than typical work performed by other Divisions and Departments;
- Works with other Divisions and Departments to ensure the provision of adequate service. This includes obtaining service agreements where necessary and providing time estimates for work completion and advising the Divisions/Departments of relevant priorities.

Ideally you will have a Bachelor in Science in Metallurgy Engineering or equivalent with strong knowledge in corrosion, degradation mechanisms and cathodic protection. You will have at least 12 years experience in the oil refining or petrochemical industry or Integrity System-oriented. Drilling Workshop Foreman


Your main duties will be:

-Coordinates and assists supervisors in the preparation of Drilling Rigs requirements of tools, materials, equipments, including Capital tools, contracted, rental tools, cargo carrying units, tubular Bundling and Pre- Slinging Systems.
-Receives a copy of daily faxes requesting drilling tools and equipments from supervisor, coordinates and prepares required tools accordingly. Ensures that all drilling tools and equipments requested by rigs are inspected, properly checked for their operational effectiveness and compatibility prior to dispatching. Oversees and participates in safe and proper arrangement as well as packing of requested material in specified Cargo Carrying.
-Ensures that Units, Frames, and Skids are correctly labeled for transportation to the rigs. Arranges all outgoing capital tools to the rigs for the supervisor's final checking and approval.
-Liaises with Supervisors and creates material requests (MR) and prepares manual direct material issue vouchers, goods issue vouchers & goods return vouchers for the following items: Diamond bits, Rock bits, miscellaneous consumables items, spares for re-dressing of capital tools and submit them for supervisor's approval.
-Coordinates with Bits engineer I Suppliers for consignment bits while keeping supervisors informed -Follows-up all Bits and maintains accurate records in computer accordingly. Coordinates and updates information with Engineer concerned & supervisor. Prepares out­ going Loading Notes for diamond bits and rock bits etc and passes for supervisor's approval.
-Clearly marks the items to identify wells they were recovered from for better follow-up and for correct cost account. Coordinates similarly for back loaded excess tubing and reports to supervisor for arrangement of necessary and final return to store the useable items.
-Participates with supervisor in servicing and testing such tools. Arranges for dispatching remaining tools to contracted service companies for further inspection, service, and repairs as required.
-Initiates necessary Work Orders to respective contractors, and seeks supervisor endorsement. Follows-up with machine shops and keeps supervisor informed on the progress of repair I maintenance of same
Ideally you will have graduated in Completion of Secondary education certificate plus 2 year full time formal training leading to Diploma in tools maintenance.4 - 5 years experience in drilling tools I equipment service and repair. Knowledge of drilling practices and familiarity with a wide range of equipment related to drilling operations
You are fluent in English, and fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.
