Accounts Payable Accountant- Associate U A E
Roles & Responsibility:
Processes invoices by checking amounts and relevant details,
ensuring compliance with POs, Work Service Orders, contractual provisions,
verifies the goods and services have been received in SAP by GRN/ SES and
ensures proper authorization according to delegated authorities.
Performs accurate and up-to-date maintenance of accounts
payables records relating to Dolphin’s payable accounts, including maintaining
records of contracts, bank guarantees and related documentation.
Processes invoices from EPC contractors ensuring that terms
are according to contract, work statements are approved by Company
representatives and supporting documents exist for reimbursable.
Processes invoices from the shareholders for secondees and
services. Verifies that invoices are in accordance with Shareholders
agreements. Ensures that Requests for Services exist. Also issues credit/debit
notes for shareholder invoices.
Reviews invoices for contracted staff ensuring time sheets
are approved and amounts are according to contracts and ensure it has been
processed according to the policies & procedures.
Verifies or codes accounts, ensuring accuracy of cost
centres and/or WBS, as per chart of accounts. If necessary, allocates cost to
cost centres according to procedures. After verification, “Posts” invoices in
SAP for payments.
Ensures all staff payments part aims to Duty Travel Request
(DTR)/Education Allowance/Housing & Furniture allowance/ claim, etc are processed in accordance
with approved policies & procedure.
Verifies monthly statements from AMEX and responsible to
resolve any outstanding issues and payments to AMEX.
Issues weekly A/P reports showing analysis of balances and
overdue amounts. Justifies delay in payments.
Reviews outstanding advances to vendors and employees and ensures timely
clearance.
Answers queries from vendors. Reviews vendors’ accounts in
SAP and clears accounts. Initiates periodic confirmation of account balances
and reconciliation of vendor balances
Monitors GRIR reports & contacts relevant departments to
clear any duplicated or old PO, SES and GRs.
Responsible of submitting monthly accrual for required
vendors to GL team.
Reviews General Service’s petty cash transactions and
immigration expenses.
Ensure any outstanding amounts or extra charges with vendors
such as ETISALAT to be cleared & refunded back to Dolphin.
Participates in the training and development of Associate
UAE Nationals in Accounts Payable functions
Demonstrates visible
commitment to HSE by periodically leading/taking part in risk assessments,
audits, HSE meeting, emergency drills, etc.
Educational Requirements /
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Accounting Certificates from recognised institutions will be
an added advantage.

Process Engineer QATAR
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Experience:

Design/Engineering work in oil & gas industries/ consultancy organizations
covering both onshore and offshore facilities & equipment. Should be
conversant/familiar with International codes & standards (IEEE, BS, IEC,

and repair of rotating and stationary equipment in offshore and offsite

About the Training:
Selected candidates will be attending 5 days a week, 6 hours
per day for one month as minimum (could be extended as per the policy & the
needs)
Interns will be entitled for monthly stipends during the
training
The training will be mostly practical (OJT) in the work
place, including the company introduction and the HSE (Health, Security &
Environment) awareness
