CV & HD Business Manager UAE
Key accountabilities
1. Map the CV & HD business in MENA and develop a
framework to win. 2. Build customer relationships at strategic levels with both
existing and potential new key customers in the region including regional
counterparts of OEMs. 3. Develop compelling offers based on gainful “customer
insights” which results in a Win Win deal in line with the set strategic
direction and guidelines for the CV & HD channel. 4. Support the Sales Team
for the CV and HD business for decision-making regarding customer management,
its operations and business results for the key accounts handled. 5. Evaluate
and develop alternate route to markets for the CV and HD business 6. Support
the Sales Team to meet and exceed sales goals and gross margin objectives
through Direct and Channel partners. 7. Ensure that customer executive team
operates in a manner which meets with the HSSE requirements of the
organization. To also act as a champion of HSSE when dealing with customers. 8.
Provide continuous inputs to the Sales Team and develop their skills in CV

Key accountabilities
• Owns and manages the supply forecast accuracy for specific
countries within the region, providing key intelligence to the Global Demand
Planning Analyst in the production of the monthly forecast. • Drives continuous
improvement initiatives in Service Excellence to deliver On Time and In Full
performance • Supports demand control management process by identifying root
causes and calling out actions required to improve monthly KPI performance.

Key accountabilities
• Lead and manage a subsurface NWD team charged with
efficiently planning wells for a batch Rig (up to 20 short wells per year) to
stay a minimum of 12 months ahead of the drill bit • Ensure subsurface planning
and execution of wells meets BP standards and practices adhering to the new NW
common process • Undertake people basics (mid and end year reviews, participate
in salary and individual development reviews etc.) for members of team • Lead
timely completion of end of well reviews to ensure lessons are learned and
incorporated into future wells • Lead detailed offset well reviews as required
to understand Non Productive Time events • With the RM team, oversee
maintenance/ enhancement of detailed overburden description and model for
