Client/Sub-contractors/executing parties. • Establish Project Work Break-Down
Structure (WBS), Project Control Strategy, Master Schedule and Action Plan for
Planning Deliverables issuance. • Prepare & Issue Project Planning Package
• Prepare & issue Project Control Procedure (project specific) • Prepare
and adopt necessary tools/methods to effectively monitor and control project
progress, schedule & resources, so as to ensure the efficient and timely
achievement of project milestones/key dates. • Periodic update of planning
package, progress reports, monitoring package & production control tools in
co-ordination and communication with various executing parties (Engineering,
Procurement, Yards, Offshore, sub-contractors and PMT). • Processes and
analyses planning & project control related data/ results. Communicate
project status to all concerned, follow up concerns until corrective action is
taken. • Regular site visits for progress follow up. • Identify potential
problems, initiate early warnings and alert management with proposed corrective
actions • Provide necessary analysis and tools for appropriate decisions by
higher management. • Prepare Invoice back-ups, as applicable • Attends meetings
