Summer Training and Internship
About the Training:
Selected candidates will be attending 5 days a week, 6 hours
per day for one month as minimum (could be extended as per the policy & the
needs)
Interns will be entitled for monthly stipends during the
training
The training will be mostly practical (OJT) in the work
place, including the company introduction and the HSE (Health, Security &
Environment) awareness
Program Overview:
You will undergo a specific training program for 1-2 months
as per requirements
You will be assigned to different Departments in Ras Laffan
(if eligible)
The training program will be monitored and supervised by
Dolphin Energy professional employees as mentors
The training period will be from July – September
Economic Analyst
About You:
You will have earned a Bachelor Degree, in Business
Administration.
Marketing, Finance,
Business Planning Qualifications.
You will have at least 1 - 5 years experience within large
organization.

research principles, processes, and techniques as applicable to a large oil and

Operations Compliance and Reporting Officer
About the Job:
Responsibilities:
Manage Operations
Excellence function, provide guidance to Technical expert and Planning &
Scheduling expert, as needed and review and finalize their assigned Improvement
projects.
Improve overall Operations business performance working with
management and different level peer groups.
Analyze the true strength and weaknesses at all Operation
levels. Gather information, trends, and historical data to review and identify
performance gaps, which needs the improvement.
Identify areas where existing operations business process
improvements can be made. Produce an action plan with key deliverables for
implementation. Provide advice how to implement these to ensure deliverables
quality
Prepare Operations Planning reports in order to monitor
progress and inform decision making in relation to Dolphin Energy’s upstream
and downstream operations. The reports will include but not be limited to
budget & cost reporting, KPIs, DGS reporting, gas delivery vs. plan,
external data requests, etc.
Responsible for evaluating, monitoring and reviewing the
performance and strategies/ operational KPIs against strategic objectives,
Business Plan targets and budgets for Operations.
Consolidate and follow up Operations Business Plan, KPIs,
provide regular progress update and analysis to support management decision
making.
Manage and conduct regular audits of SAP/CMMS to ensure
compliance in line with best practices including but not limited to technical
history, closure of work orders, consistency of equipment technical data and
PM/CM program compliance.
Design and develop various continuous improvement projects
in Operations based on the general guidelines, company policies &
objectives,
Coordinate and collaborate with various Operation teams,
stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities relating performance
(efforts, cost etc) to initiate improvement projects. Discuss and establish
roles and responsibilities for team members.
Lead, coordinate and manage progress of various Improvement
Projects at implementation stages for sustained progress.
Design and improve existing processes, practices, across
operations based on proven excellence methods.
Lead execution of regulatory inspections of Operations and
Technical Services divisions to ensure compliance to all regulatory
requirements.
Identify and report on gaps found during the technical
audits and regulatory inspections conformance audits. Follow-up with relevant
Operations and Technical Services teams to ensure necessary corrective actions
are implemented.
Lead Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement processes
and drive for a performance improvement culture within operations.
Perform other similar or related duties as assigned by the
Director Operations Planning.
About you:
Minimum Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field or equivalent.
Certification in Operational Excellence, related trainings
such as Six Sigma, Lean Sigma, Kaizan etc with 6 years in similar environment

Field HSE Coordinator
About the Job:
Responsibilities:
Deals with all incoming and outgoing correspondance and
communication including, calls, faxes, mail, e-mail, memorandums, reports, etc,
as per specific instructions and company procedures in a timely, accurate and
professional manner.
Responsible for safety walk down through the tower and
identifies any unsafe acts or conditions and reports to HSE Manager. Intervenes
and stop work for any unsafe acts or conditions as needed.
Conducts HSE induction for new employees and contractors as
required.
Maintains an up to date, effective and comprehensive filing
system for all correspondence and documentation.
Provides proactive support and guidance to the line
supervision and work force in achieving safety standards.
Assists HSE Manager in coordination of various security
programs/initiatives such as “Corporate Asset Protection Program” and related
activities.
Assists in emergency evacauation drills with HSE team as
directed
Participates in HSE inspections / audit programs as per
schedule including PTW assessments as required.
Prepares agendas, presentations, documentations, reports,
notes and minutes as per specific instructions.
About You:
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Diploma (2yrs) in Engineering or Business Administration or
equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
Experience:

Accounts Payable Accountant (Nationals only)
About the Job:
Logs the invoices in SAP normally known as parking of the
document after verifying the invoice is addressed to Dolphin Energy Limited and
that the invoice is issued against a valid commitment (LPO, PO, WSO, or
Contract including Frame Work Order) and this reference is available on the
invoice.
Processes invoices by checking arithmetical accuracy of
amounts and relevant details, ensuring compliance with contractual/agreement
provisions and ensures proper and complete authorization.
Ensures that currency charged on the invoice is according to
currency in the commitment
Ensures posting to correct GL & cost codes, in line to
DPSA requirements and standard financial and accounting procedures. Initiates
recovery of back charges, where applicable
Assists Head of Accounts Payable in preparing various
month/year end accounts primarily of Service Contractors to facilitate accurate
and timely submission of report to management
Prepares weekly report for outstanding parked invoices of
various departments to facilitate resolving of issues if any and consequently
accounting of all invoices
Reconciles vendor accounts within responsible area in May
and November each year. To assist others if required.
Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally
responsible manner at all times by not taking on any tasks that are perceived
to be unsafe
Complies with the Dolphin QHSE Management System
Reports all incidents or near misses to the
supervisor/manager or a QHSE representative.

About you:

About you:
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering or Science field,

Experience:
10 years of various experience in overseeing HSE technical
activities for ER with at least 6 years at a senior corporate level with
significant Middle East exposure.
Energy sector background and preferably from E&P
environment both on and offsore.
Direct familiarity of large EPC, drilling, production and
operations type activity, LNG and/or petrochamical.
Emergency Management/Command & Control ability.
