We are looking for an engineering & project
coordinator assistant to support our local team.
Your main assignments will be :
1. Full Field Shut Down (FFSD) 2019 :
a) Initiation of
preparation & coordination of Engineering & Project scopes of work
b) Including
definition and follow up of manpower & material mobilization plans,
scheduling, interfaces with other entities
2. Progress follow up & Interfacing when required with
engineer in charge, vendors and other entities on the ongoing projects (Radars
& Cameras installation, ongoing requests for modification - Pumps / Engines
/ Flare tips / Chemical injection Skids / Switchboard change out's, PAGA /
Cranes retrofit's, ...)
3. Influence other related HSE policies and strategies to
drive consistent approach on Safety cultures
4. Collect the indicators of performance (KPIs) and prepare

ECP Integration - Rotating Mechanical Engineer-
USA
Job Description• Directs the work of the rotating
specialist, including promoting strong field presence during pre-commissioning
and commissioning.
• Leads all the work to be done in the rotating field: spare
parts identification and purchase, SAP integration, and preventive maintenance
activities identification and implementation.
• Directs the writing of the maintenance procedures for all
rotating equipment.
• Provides technical direction and oversight of field
installation quality for rotating specialist and technicians.
• Reviews and approves repair scopes and upgrade
recommendations when required through findings on all rotating and
reciprocating equipment.
• Liaises directly with the Refinery Mechanical group for
expectations (i.e. work with PAR to steer deliverables).
• Liaises directly with vendor and manufacture engineering
for rotating equipment.
• Lead for identifying necessary training for machinists and
operators on rotating and reciprocating equipment.
• Lead Refinery Engineer during FAT/SAT activities as
required.
• Answers and resolves technical issues, reviews and gives
advice for operations’ startup procedures for rotating equipment, and assists
during startup.
• Ensures the refineries quality and safety initiatives are
carried out in daily activities
• Travels to repair facilities required as needed.
Engineering Advisor - Process Control – USA
Job Description
Monitor performance of
DCS, PHD/PI Historians and Environmental/COCL systems. Identify, troubleshoot and correct all
impending view/control issues for
Safety, Environmental, Economic, and Mechanical Integrity performance.
Work directly with Central
Control Operators, Unit Supervisors, Unit Process Engineers, and Environmental
Engineers to improve unit control/performance within environmental and
mechanical integrity boundaries.
Support expense and
capital projects to ensure new designs do not jeopardize the integrity of PAR’s
control systems.
Provide chronological
alarm, event, and process data and participate in control related incident
investigations.
Monitor performance of
regulatory control loops; including tuning loops and implement alternate control strategies as
needed.
Ensure all DCS assets are
protected from internal and external cyber-security threats, and are kept
current and at vendor supported release level.
Identify and implement technology LifeCycle updates as required.
