EHS Officer
The position will provide full time Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) support to the business operations and will ensure and verify all practices are in compliance with TASNEEF’s Environmental Health, and Safety Management System.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Ensure policies, procedures, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
·         Practice and promote safe working practices and techniques, re-enforce safety policies, guidelines, and procedures established by TASNEEF;
·         Provide guidance and direction in EHS programs at the employee/manager level to ensure a common and effective approach;
·         Responsible for assisting in the identification of possible losses; evaluating the risk in such loss exposure; developing and implementing a plan to correct or prevent a loss and verify through audits as assigned to ensure its effectiveness;
·         Ensure that contractor personnel working on the property are in compliance with TASNEEF & UAE regulations and safety requirements;
·         Provide advice, assist, and audit line management to ensure that effective EHS is implemented and working;
·         Perform and contribute to the Site Training Plans by conducting employee orientations; emergency response training; and coordination of modular training programs for the Operations Department;


Junior Quality Officer
The Junior Quality Officer (JQO) is responsible to make assist in matters concerning the audit process and to inform Audit and Quality Director as required to resolve issues outside the audit process. The JQO is responsible to collect and analyze sufficient information to assist in providing a recommendation for certification. Assist the Lead Auditor in preparing, executing and reporting internal and external audits as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
·         Ensure policies, procedures, legislation and regulations are correctly followed and complied with.
·         Ensure that all necessary audit planning and preparation and reporting is carried out.
·         Assist the Lead Auditor and audit teams making all final decisions on behalf of the audit team.
·         Coaching and provide practical training and develop the staff.
·         Review and approve certification and training proposals so as to ensure that proposal is issue to prospect timely (1day).
·         Plan, prepare and carry out assigned surveillance visits as assigned
·         Ensure that all Audit working documents and client contract documentation in client files is maintained and up to date.
·         Ensure that the Audit report package is complete timely within 7 days.
