Offshore Installation Manager | UAE
Responsibilities will include:
Act as Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for offshore
installations operations.
Ensure the safety of personnel, environment and installation
Establish, maintain and supervise the platform Emergency
Response Organization
Ensure that the platform organization is performing
efficiently according to the operation model and also ensure requisite
development and improvement to the organization
Oversee and ensure adherence to all operational system
responsibilities and area responsibilities
Ensure cooperation and efficient work processes across the
shifts
Ensure that all operations and work programs are carried
through according to the company quality requirements, plans and other relevant
frame conditions
Make sure that required programs for the installations
safety and operational standard are implemented
Make sure that contractors and subcontractors execute work
according to authority requirements, recognized technical standards and the
company requirements, including inspections of their equipment in use in order
to confirm proper equipment standards.
Experienced in managing/supervising offshore operations
Able to handle critical situations in an effective and
composed way

Subcontracts Manager Offshore | UAE
Main accountabilities
Participates in or leads subcontracting management strategy
development & implementation and performs subcontracting management process
(including evaluation of subcontractors; call for tenders…), policies and
procedures.
Studies all justifications given by Subcontractors, for any
extra work orders or claims requested.
Prepares financial statement format of each subcontract.
Monitors Subcontractor’s actual progress curves for
invoicing purpose.
Prepares subcontracting activity reports, default notice and
subcontract closeout.
Review standard subcontracts to ensure compliance with
contracting policy prior to execution.
Ensures proper handling of subcontracts, support
documentation and related files.
Ensures formal assessment of the subcontractors’
performance.
Prepares feedback and statistic (cost, man hours,
productivity, quantities) reports as per corporate guidelines.
MUST HAVE's:
15 years of experience with EPC Offshore Subcontracting
activities
5+ years of experience as Subcontracts Manager Offshore
both Home office and Site operations experience

Executive-Onshore Engineering | India
Main accountabilities:
Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence
and records, following up on pending matters.
Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or
visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information to save
supervisor's time.
Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for
meetings and conferences.
Prepares routine letters and memoranda for principal's
review.
