Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) is the foremost exploration and production company in the Sultanate. We account for more than 70% of the country's crude oil production and nearly all of its natural gas supply. The Company is owned by the Government of Oman (with a 60% interest), Royal Dutch Shell (34%), Total (4%) and Partex (2%). The first economic oil find was made in 1962, and the first oil consignment was exported in 1967. 

PDO operates in a concession area of about 100,000 km2 (one third of Oman’s geographical area), has around 130 producing fields, close to 6,000 producing wells, a diverse workforce of around 8,000 employees, comprised of 64 different nationalities, and more than 45,000 contractors. 

The primary objective of PDO is to engage efficiently, responsibly and safely in the exploration, production, development, storage and transportation of hydrocarbons in the Sultanate. Purpose of Job
Purpose of the Job:
As a member of the People & Change (HR) team:
•             You will pursue an exciting career applying your academic knowledge to add value to actual organisational environment of the PDO business.
•             You will undergo a structured Graduate Development Program (GDP) to help you develop the experiences & competencies.
•             You will further develop these skills & competencies as an HR Professional through challenging job orientation, exposures, rotations & progressions across teams.

Requirements
Experience/Qualifications required:

Omani national (Graduate) with less than 3 years of working experience, possess a minimum Bachelor degree with minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Upper Second Class) in any of the following majors or disciplines:

RE  C& A Supervisor

 

Requirements
-Bachelor degree in Engineering/Maintenances with a minimum of 3 years experience in Electronic / electrical Instrumentation system OR Diploma (HND) in Engineering / Maintenance with a minimum of 6 years experience in Electronic / electrical Instrumentation system, or equivalent. Preferred with some good pneumatic background.
-A good working knowledge of centrifugal hydraulic systemic pumps, inverter/charger/static switches work, 12 pulse systems on sophisticated systems to automatic control valves, tanks and diesel Generators engines.
-Ability to read technical drawing (ISOs, PEFS, PGAs etc)
Some understanding of environmental engineering including sanitary and chemical facilities.
-Must possess good inter-personal skills and self motivated.

Air Controller -  Qarn Alam


Requirements
Bachelores in Aviation/Logistics or similar qualifications in Transport Operations
Minimum of 4 years experience in aviation and passenger commuting.
Familiar with flight route planning, aircraft performance calculations, air navigation and crew time limitation and land transport operations

Requirements
- BSs or equivalent in Engineering, Operations Management, logisitcs, Economics, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 Years experience in logistics, material sourcing, demand management storage, material tracking, expediting and issuance to construction contractor.
- Materials knowledge to enable warehouseman to utilize storage facilities efficiently.
- Experience of major project especially in a EP+C or EPC environment
- Proven track record of results delivery in challenging environment
- Ability to deal and communicate with customers and superior at all levels

Challenges
• Complex Interface management and ability to work closely  with the EP contractor, the construction contractor and the PDO project team
• Manage the influx of material flow in and out of the warehouse and ensure materials are correctly identified, received, stored, secured and preserved in an efficient and safe manner.
• To provide effective support to Supply Logistics and render a quality service level to customers

Requirements
