Contracts Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities You will be required to perform the following:
Coordinates development of competitively bid contracts
including planning, facilitation and execution to support the objectives of the
organization represented.
Negotiates complex project or service contracts developing
strategy, ploys and the tactics required to protect and support Aramco's
reputation for fair business practices and ethics.
Visits major contractors worldwide on a regular basis to
determine current workload and capabilities.
Updates as the team leader in conjunction with Contracting
Services personnel, the contractor data base for major contractors.

Senior Procurement Agent Category Management Function Head – Unconventional
Duties & Responsibilities The Category Management function head will be required
to perform the following duties:
a) Management and Leadership: Manage the Category Management
area in all general aspects related to leadership, administration, staff,
budget and performance
b) Strategic and Operational Planning: Interpret the overall
UR strategic objectives and develop suitable strategies and business plans for
the Category Management function, including a prioritized roadmap of strategic

Duties & Responsibilities The Materials Management function head will be required
to perform the following duties:
1. Management and Leadership: Manage the Center of
Excellence function in all general aspects related to leadership,

2. Forecast accuracy monitoring: Guide the development of
performance reporting to establish measures of forecast accuracy.
3. Forecast continuous improvement: Lead the development and
continuous improvement of the demand forecast methodology, including the
development of tools and procedures to be used by participants in the demand
forecasting process.
